PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a rolling bearing having a large tolerance by storing a filling body made of an injection molding material in the free space between a shaft journal and the hole face of an inner ring, and forming the outside contour of the shaft journal as a die face of a molding die. SOLUTION: A center coupling hole 8 for storing a shaft journal 5 is formed on the half body 1 of molding dies 1, 2, ball bearings 4, 7 are stored in the coupling hole 8, and they are correctly centered by a projection. When the molding dies 1, 2 are closed, the outer peripheral face 9 of the outer ring 4, the hole face 6 of the inner ring 7, and the outside contour 10 of the shaft journal 5 are formed into a supplementary die face, and an injection molding material is filled in the empty space for a filling body 11 between a roller jacket 3, the shaft journal 5 and the inner ring 7 through a runner of the normal layout. A rolling bearing not required to consider a tolerance can be used. |
