<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed measuring apparatus by which the speed of a club head during the swing of a golf club can be measured simply without selecting a place. SOLUTION: A small rotor 4, a small generator 6, a small current recorder 7 and an outer frame case 1 constitute a small speed measuring apparatus. The speed measuring apparatus can be placed on the club head part of a golf club. Accordingly, a wind pressure is developed in the speed measuring apparatus so as to be proportional to the speed of the swing of the golf club. The air flows into the speed measuring apparatus so as to be proportional to the wind pressure. The rotor 4 is turned at a rotational speed which is proportional to the quantity of the air which flows into. Electricity which is proportional to the rotational speed of the rotor 4 is generated. When a numerical value obtained by measuring the magnitude of the quantity of the generated electricity is corrected, the speed is measured. In this manner, since the apparatus itself is made small so as to be capable of being placed on a moving object or a moving living body, the speed of the moving object or the moving living body can be measured.</p> |
