<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fixing method being excellent in maintenance property, hardly generating dirt/deterioration of a fixing member even after fixing a large number of sheets of transfer material, and being free from disturbing the image quality on the transfer material. SOLUTION: As for this fixing method for heat press fixing the toner image on the transfer material P, the ratio (Dp/Dc) between a diameter (Dp) of a pressure roller 6 and the diameter (Dc) of the contact roller 4 is 1.5 to 20, and the toner image is formed by toner particles incorporating at least, binding resin component and hydrocarbon wax. This sydrocarbon wax is provided with thermal property, that the on set temp. of the heat absorption is in the range of 50 to 120 deg.C, at least, one of the maximum heat absorption peak P1 is in the temp. region of 60 to 130 deg.C, and the maximum heat generation peak at the temp. falling time is in the temp. range of the peak temp.±15 deg.C.</p> |
