PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent photographic image density from changing and flowing by highly precise temperature control, while reducing the cost of a photoreceptor at the same time. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical photoreceptor which is equipped with a photosensitive layer containing at least amorphous silicon on a conductive substrate having a thickness of not less than 0.1 mm and less than 2.5 mm, the photosensitive layer is filimily formed by a plasma CVD method to excite discharging at a discharging frequency of not less than 50 MHz and not more than 450 MHz. In addition, a jointless positive resistance heater is used as a heater in the photosensitive layer. |
