The articulator consists of upper and lower members (1, 2) articulated relative to one another about a horizontal axle (3) and equipped with holders (5, 6) for models of the patient's upper and lower jaws. To create an inclined plane corresponding to the patient's occlusion plane, the upper member comprises a plate (7) and adjusters (8, 9, 13) for the angle of inclination and the distance of the plate from the upper member.
