PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous adhesive composition mainly suitable for a polyolefin foam, having excellent blocking resistance, exhibiting excellent thermal reactivity and thermal adhesiveness without being influenced by the expansion ratio of the polyolefin foam. SOLUTION: This aqueous adhesive composition comprises 100-200 pts.wt. of a tackifier resin having 120-165 deg.C softening point based on 100 pts.wt. solid content of a rubber-based latex and has >=4E+7Pa modulus of elasticity of film of the dried film of the adhesive composition at 70 deg.C, <=8E+6Pa modulus of elasticity at 100 deg.C and >=0.6 dissipation factor (tanδ) at 100 deg.C.
