PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflecting plate which has both a wide angle of visibility and high intensity of reflection to the front. SOLUTION: This reflecting plate 1 has a reflecting surface 5, which has projection parts 3 and recessed parts 4 and a light convergence area 1 arranged above it. The light convergence area 1 is formed of a material having a larger refractive index than the periphery. The reflecting surface 5 may be composed of a base material, such as resin having unevenness and high-reflective index metal such as aluminum and silver with which the surface of the base material is coated. The light convergence area 1 is formed selectively on the projection parts 3 on the reflecting surface 5 and is so arranged that the incident light traveling to a steep slope area between the projection part 3 and its peripheral recessed part 4 on the reflecting surface 5 is made to converge on the projection part 3. |
