PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen problems (an impediment to normal suction, discharge of a liquid, etc.), caused by a positional displacement of a dispense chip. SOLUTION: In this dispensing apparatus, a dispense chip 8 held at a chip rack 7 of a feed part 9 is set to a dispenser head 20 to dispense a liquid. The apparatus has a mount stage 6 for placing the chip rack 7 between the feed part 9 and a dispense stage 3 thereby setting the dispense chip 8. A dispense chip-aligning means (chip rack 7, etc.), is mounted at the mount stage 6, which butts with outer faces of the dispense chips 8 thereby correcting a positional displacement of tips of the dispense chips 8 and aligning the dispense chips 8. The tips of the dispense chips set to nozzles of the dispenser head 20 are aligned with a predetermined pitch when or after the dispense chips 8 are set. The liquid can be dispensed even to wells of a small diameter without problems due to the positional displacement. |
