PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous urethane resin dispersion having good water dispersibility and giving a resin coating film of excellent hydrolysis resistance and to provide a water-dispersible urethane resin adhesive. SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous urethane resin dispersion comprising a urethane resin based on a polyester having ionic groups in the molecular chain, an active-hydrogen-group-free nonionic surfactant, and an aqueous medium, wherein the amount of the ionic groups in the urethane resin is 0.4-0.02 mmol/g, and the amount of the active-hydrogen-group-free nonionic surfactant is 1-20 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. urethane resin.
