PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device to prevent an image flow under a high temperature and high humidity environment without producing a harmful damage such as an uneven image caused by uneven cutting of a photosensitive drum, and to provide a process cartridge used in an image forming device with its maintainability enhanced. SOLUTION: In an image forming device having a photoreceptor, a contact charging device, an exposure device, developing device, transcription device and a cleaning device, the photoreceptor is made of a blended composition comprising at least one kind of polycarbonate resin I having a viscometric average molecular weight of not more than 15000 and at least one kind of polycarbonate resin II having a viscometric average molecular weight of not less than 15000, a percentage content of polycarbonate resin I to the blended composite is 0-95 wt. part, and surface roughness Rz of a surface layer of the contact charging device is 1-5μm.
