PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an air conditioning facility by conducting both cold/warm air diffusion and outside air diffusion with one unit of machine. SOLUTION: An overhead-type air conditioner comprises a body 1 which conducts heat exchange of circulating air and diffuses cold air or warm air indoors. The body 1 is provided with an outside air intake 2. The body 1 is further provided with an outside air duct 3 which is communicated and connected with a diffuser 4 and the outside air intake 2 of the body 1. The outside air intake 2 is communicated and connected with a ventilation unit or an outside air treating air conditioner.
