PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a screen printing plate excellent in both the reproducibility of photomask and printing durability. SOLUTION: In producing a screen printing plate having a predetermined pattern by exposing a surface of a mesh 3 for screen printing having a photo- curing agent 4 to light via a photomask 7, the mesh 3 is irradiated with the light having passed through an ultraviolet ray cutting material 8 for cutting light having a wavelength of 300-400 nm by 50% or more. As to the light made incident on the surface of the mesh 3, since ultraviolet rays have been cut by the ultraviolet ray cutting material, reflection and scattering of the light by the mesh 3 is prevented and halation is suppressed. Accordingly, even if the exposure time is long, there is a little influence on the periphery and excellent reproducibility of the pattern is realized. |
