PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a direct photogravure printing using no blanket roll to a hard material to be printed by forming a cushion layer made of rubber or resin on a substrate. SOLUTION: A cushion layer 2 is wrappedly adhered to a surface of a substrate 1 of which the outer surface is finely polished to be a circle or cylindrical and to which current-carrying is applicable. Then, the surface of the substrate 1 is subjected to etching for activation. Also, a DCLC film (amorphos diamond hydride film) 3 is formed on the surface of the substrate 1 to provide a roll- shaped recessed plate material having a cushioning characteristic. A photosensitive film is formed on the surface of the film 3, then an image is formed and developed, and thereby a resist mask image is formed. Thereafter, the film 3 is subjected to etching to form an ink accommodation cell 4. |
