PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deterioration in a voice that a receiver catches by changing removal processing contents of a signal component with first, second component removal means according to an instruction from the outside. SOLUTION: The voice of a telephone caller is collected by a transmission microphone 105, and is converted to a voice signal to be transmitted to a telephone called party through a transmission line 107. A correlation removal filter 102 set on a preceding stage of a speech speed conversion circuit 101 removes the signal component correlated with the transmission line 107 returning to a reception line 106, and prevents that a transmitter echo is speech speed converted to be reproduced from a receiver speaker 104. On the other hand, the voice that the caller utters passes through the correlation removal filter 102 through the reception line 106, and is speech speed converted by the speech speed conversion circuit 101 to be reproduced by the receiver speaker 104. Although this reproduced voice is collected by the transmission microphone 105, the signal correlated with the signal of a speech speed conversion output part is removed by the correlation removal filter 103, and the matter that the converted voice is fed back to the telephone call party side to be reproduced is prevented.
