PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance analysis accuracy by performing analysis under the same conditions constantly when applying laser beams by setting a plurality of analysis points to a sample. SOLUTION: An analysis device uses an fθlens 10 as a condensing lens when condensing laser beams from a laser oscillator by a condensing lens to apply them to a sample 5, guiding a sample that is evaporated by the condensed light to a plasma torch, and introducing light that is excited and emitted by the plasma torch to a spectroscope for analyzing the sample.
