A contact line system has a line feeder (3) and current is returned through the running rails (2). A feed current rectifier (6) connected to a three-phase mains (4) in AC voltage creates DC voltage between the line feeder and the rail return. A sectioning point (11) subdivides the line feeder into an initial section (3a) opposite to the feed current rectifier and a second section (3b) turned towards the rectifier. This point shorts-out to create a boost (10) raising the potential of the initial section. |
