PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform fixing while limiting a thermal effect by making a locking member for fixing a weight main body to a rim part of a metal plate, providing a stud pin in one end and stud-welding this to the weight main body and forming a rim locking part arc-shaped in section in the other end. SOLUTION: A wheel balance weight is composed of a weight main body 1 and a locking metal fitting 3 formed by bending a steel plate. This locking metal fitting 3 has an end part 32 coincident with the sectional shape of the side face of the weight main body 1 opposite a wheel and a bent part 31 coincident with the rim sectional shape of the wheel. A small hole 33 is provided in the center of the end part 32, and a stud pin 5 is inserted. This stud pin 5 is stud-welded to the weight main body 1, and fixed thereto. The bent part 32 is locked in the peripheral end of the rim part and supported on the rim part. Thus, a thermal effect is limited. |
