PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal lighting type illuminating signboard which illuminates bright at 1000 lux or above every corner, and simultaneously, is excellent in energy-saving effect. SOLUTION: The internal lighting type illuminating signboard is constituted of a box-shaped body 1, in which the front side is opened and a light source 2b is mounted inside, and a light transmissible cover 3, which covers the front opening in this box-shaped body 1. The box-shaped body 1 is arranged with a thermoplastic polyester foaming body sheet 5 having minute bubbles of an average bubble diameter of <=50μm, a thickness of >=200μm and a specific gravity of <=0.7 on the entire internal surface.
