PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high sensitivity and isolation ranging over a wide frequency band. SOLUTION: A lines of antenna substrates 1 arranged with B pieces of microloop antennas 2 are arranged in parallel to the X-axis, B lines of control GND substrates 4 formed with control patterns 5 and GND patterns 6 are arranged in parallel to the Y-axis, and A×B pieces of the microloop antenna 2 are arranged in the XY-face to from a latice shape. One end of a loop of the microloop antenna 2 is soldered to an anode of a PIN diode 3, and the other end of the loop is soldered to the control pattern 5 on the control GND substrate 4. A cathode of the PIN diode 3 is connected to a strip line 9 of an inner layer of the antenna substrate 1 via a through hole 8. No dielectric exists thereby between the microloop antennas 2, a conductor width of the loop in the Z-direction is made small, and the respective microloop antennas are shilded.
