PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the accurate control of developer concentration and to stably obtain an image with specified density regardless of the fluctuation of an output value caused by the individual difference of an image density detection means by deciding the rate of the output sensitivity value of the image density detection means in an image forming device even though the inividual difference is found in the image density detection means. SOLUTION: A basic image where an image density output level is set to 48 is formed on a photoreceptor drum as a standard image, and the density of the standard image is detected by an image density sensor so as to read the detection output voltage 1.6 V. The basic image where the image density output level different from the above level, for example, the level of 38 is set is formed on the photoreceptor drum as a reference image, and the density of the reference image is detected by the sensor so as to read the detection output voltage 1.9 V at that time. Then, 0.3 V being a difference between 1.6 V and 1.9 V being the density detection output voltage of the standard image and that of the reference image is decided as the rate of the output sensitive value of the sensor. |
