PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a safety marker convenient for storage and transport which does not move or fall down by strong wind. SOLUTION: A flat-shaped marker main body 11 is coupled to a flat-shaped base 1 in a rotatable manner and a movable manner back and forth, the marker main body 11 is held in an upright position on the base by anti-falling means 27, 31, or it is descent to permit overlapping on the base 1. The base 1 can be made larger or heavier for stabilization or can be made compact by folding without disassembly. |
