SOLUTION: When the signal of 'open' or 'close' transmitted from a remote controller is transmitted to a controller 10 in a control section body 3 through a receiving section, the polarity of a current supplied from a DC power is selected and fed to a motor 11 with a reduction gear, and a driving shaft 14 connected to the output shaft of the motor 11 through a joint 13 begins to be rotated. A driving hinge 15 having a clutch function mounted on the driving shaft 14 is turned by friction, and sliding-rotated when load is increased. A clamp 17 fixed to the driving hinge 15 grips a part of the side fastened to the door frame 20 of an existing door hinge 4, and the door 2 is revolved and opened and closed while using the fixing side of the door hinge 4 as a base point, and the motor 11 is stopped by a timer built in the controller 10. |
