<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power take-off device capable of effectively suppressing generation of the noise attributable to the backlash in a multiple disk clutch. SOLUTION: A rubber backlash suppression member 38 is fixed to a piston 28, and the backlash suppression member 38 is elastically held between the piston 28 and an engagement member 18 when clutch plates 25, 26 are connected by pressing the piston 28, and when the clutch plate 25 and the engagement member 18 are rotated in the forward/backward direction within a range of the backlash by the fluctuation in rotation of an engine, the backlash suppression member regulates the rotation in the forward/backward direction while elastically deformed in the rotational direction.</p> |
