<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To request work support information without a worker interrupting the work, and memorizing the operation of a keyboard, etc., by selecting out the work support information based on extracted work support information request items. SOLUTION: A voice recognition part 22 compares an inputted voice signal with a voice pattern beforehand registered in a worker voice pattern data storage part 23, and discriminates it as the voice of the worker when the pattern similar to the registered voice pattern exists in the patterns of the voice signals, and compares/analyzes this voice with the registered voice pattern, and extracts the work support information request items when that the voice is similar to the work support information request voice is decided. The work support information request items are outputted to a control part 21, and the control part 21 selects out the work support information from a work support information data base 5 of a server 3 side based on these work support information request items. The control part 21 sends the work support information to a work support information display device 6 to display its, and supports the work of the worker.</p> |
