PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the service life of a photoreceptor and a cleaner in an image forming device with a multi-development roller type development means by providing an elastic blade removing toner remaining on the photoreceptor after transferring a toner image on a transferred body from the photoreceptor while abutting on the surface of the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: An elastic blade 30 is provided that abuts on the surface of a photoreceptor 1 and removes toner remaining on the photoreceptor 1 after transferring a toner image on a transferred body 14 from the photoreceptor 1. In a photoreceptor drum 1 toner remaining after the transfer operation is removed by a cleaner 29. The cleaner 29 is composed of a brush 31 rotating in contact with the photoreceptor 1, a discharge machine 32 for discharging the removed toner, and a flicker bar 33 strikes and removes toner or paper powder sticking to the brush 31. The pressure of the blade 30 to the photoreceptor 1 is specified to 5 g/cm-15 g/cm. A frictional coefficient under the condition where toner exists between the blade 30 and the photoreceptor 1 is specified to not more than 1.
