PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device for a planographic plate requiring no water to moisten, equipped with an inexpensive and durable bearing structure to rotate and roll a brush roll. SOLUTION: This developing device for planographic plate requiring no dampening water is equipped with at least a developing part and a dyeing part to remove a silicon rubber layer on an image line part by brushing with bush rolls 57, 96, 126 while carrying the developing device for planographic plate requiring no dampening water, and has a rotation supporting means to rotatably support the rotation shafts of the brush rolls 57, 96, 126, a supporting means to movably support the rotation supporting means along the axial direction of the rotation shaft, a shaft engagement means engaged with the rotation shaft in a relatively rotatable state to the rotation shaft, a rolling means to roll the engagement means in the axial direction of the rotation shaft and a driving means to drive the rolling means. |
