PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity controlling and ventilating device capable of properly and usually controlling the humidity of a room without depending on outside temperature or room temperature. SOLUTION: A humidity controlling and ventilating device comprises an air supply passage 7 for flowing air SA supplied from an outside to a room, an exhaust passage 8 for flowing air exhausted from the room to the outside part, a sensible heat exchanger 4 for performing a heat exchanging between the supplied air SA and the exhausted air EA and a humidifier 3 in the air supply passage 7 in the downstream side of the sensible heat exchanger 4. A refrigerant heat exchanger 2 serving as a condenser in a refrigerant circuit is provided between the sensible heat exchanger 4 and the humidifier 3 in the air supply passage 7. When the humidity of the supplied air is higher than a prescribed reference value, the compression capacity of a compressor in the refrigerant circuit is raised. |
