<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce address set errors as much as possible and also to reduce the trouble of inputting a comment by positively utilizing data which makes an address and a comment a set at every place at the time of designing a display image. SOLUTION: A display device 14 connected to an external device 9 such as a programmable logic controller(PLC) reads and writes optional data that are specified by an address set to a memory of the device 9 and also performs a display corresponding to read data. Further, the device 14 sets explanation information 7 for specifying address information 6 in accordance with each address information 6 set to the device 9 side. And the information 6 and 7 are displayed as a set and the information 7 is utilized as display image production information. Thus, the display corresponding to the control state of a target system 12 is performed on a screen 30 and at the same time a data input and an indirect control on the system 12 side are made possible.</p> |
