<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stud type holder to be manufactured by a simple process and high in load capacity of a bearing. SOLUTION: Circular recessed parts 11 being a circular recessed part are formed in the central parts of a roller 1 and the bottom of each recessed part 11 is formed in a gentle recessed surface. A protrusion part 21 press-molded by the press mold A of a press is arranged in a position situated opposite to two annular side plates 2 and the upper surface of the protrusion part 21 forms a gentle protrusion surface. The outside diameter of the protrusion part 21 formed on the circular side plate 2 is decreased to a value lower than the inside diameter of the recessed part 11 formed in the roller 1. When the two circular side plates 2 and 2 are securely registered with each other, a protrusion part 21 formed on the circular side plate 2 is fitted in the recessed part 11 formed in the roller 1. The roller 1 is rotatably supported around a rotary shaft situated on the pitch circle PC of an axis, i.e., the circular side plate 2.</p> |
