<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device provided with many functions of the display of the various kinds of data relating to monitoring and control, abnormality countermeasures, operation guidance and prediction simulations, etc. SOLUTION: This monitoring and controlling device is provided with a monitoring and controlling engine function 1 for integrally handling the various kinds of the functions, an inter-function linking function 2 for relating the data among the respective functions by a linking key and providing them, a knowledge database 4 to be the source information of a plant operation, a learning engine function 3 for managing it and an expert engine function 5 for performing simulation and supporting prediction, notifies the respective kinds of guidance based on the respective functions and supports operations.</p> |
