<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify manufacture and to secure sufficient vibration proof performance to the vibration of a cable. SOLUTION: For this vibration proof resin structure 1, a vibration proof cushion 20 made of rubber is molded on the outer side of a metallic casing cap 10 and a cover cushion 30 made of resin provided with a window 33 for exposing the vibration proof cushion 20 is molded on the outer side further with polyamide 6-12 and the polyamide 12 whose crystallizability is 16-25% as a material. Since the crystallizability of the resin material of the cover cushion 30 is low, fluidity at the time of injection molding is excellent and a contraction amount after molding is small. Also, since the vibration proof cushion 20 is opened by the window 33, tightening to the vibration proof cushion 20 by the cover cushion 30 is eliminated and the elastic performance of the vibration proof cushion 20 is maintained. Because of the manufacture by molding, the manufacture is simplified.</p> |
