PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a color shift phenomenon from occurring and to improve image quality characteristic by providing a counter electrode, a pixel electrode including 1st and 2nd electrodes, and an insulating film insulating the counter electrode and the pixel electrode from each other. SOLUTION: The pixel electrode 29 is formed to be overlapped on the specified part of the counter electrode 27. The electrode 29 includes the 1st electrode 29a in a direction (x) dividing a 1st space 28a, the 2nd electrode 29b in a direction (y) dividing a 2nd space 28b, a 3rd electrode 29c overlapped on the specified parts of the main electrode 27a and the bar electrode 27b of the counter electrode 27 while coupling one end of the 1st electrode 29a and one end of the 2nd electrode 29b, and a 4th electrode 29d overlapped on the specified part of the main electrode 27a while coupling the other end of the 2nd electrode 29b and a display signal impressing part 25. A gate insulating film intervenes between the counter electrode 27 and the pixel electrode 29 so as to insulate both electrodes 27 and 29 from each other.
