PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-magnetic one-component developing device using the conventional developing roller and regulating the toner amount of a toner layer formed on the developing roller, and to provide the control method of the non-magnetic one-component developing device using the conventional developing roller and being capable of preventing an oil component from adhering to a photoreceptor being an electrostatic latent image carrier in a state where the photoreceptor and the developing roller are disposed to always come in contact with each other, and obtaining a high-quality printed image even after the device is left as it is for a long time. SOLUTION: This non-magnetic one-component developing device is equipped with the developing roller 5, a developing bias voltage supply power source 12, a toner supply roller 6, a toner supply bias voltage supply power source 26, and the photoreceptor 1 being the electrostatic latent image carrier 1. The device is provided with a toner regulating roller 27 disposed in contact with the roller 5, and a toner regulating bias voltage supply power source 28 applying toner regulating bias voltage to the roller 27. |
