Then, a breakage calculation means 7 that is composed of an amount-of- change calculation means for calculating first and second amount-of-changeΔI1 andΔI2 of the detection luminous energy I1 and I2 from the data of the detection luminous energy I1 and I2 and a change ratio calculating means for calculating a change ratio P from the amount of changeΔI1 andΔI2 is connected to the device.
