PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant laminated body that occurs no delamination and falling-off of the resin layers even under severe conditions, for example, in the open air, shows high flame retardancy with no deterioration with the laps of the time and permits easy waste incineration. SOLUTION: A resin layer of a flame-retardant urethane resin is formed on the fibrous base fabric. In this resin laminated layer, the high flame-retardant middle layer comprising 100 pts.wt. of a urethane resin, 5-100 pts.wt. of ammonium polyphosphate and/or an (iso)cyanuric acid derivative, and 0.1-30 pts.wt. of aziridine, carbodiimide, oxazolidine and/or coupling crosslinking agent is arranged adjacent to the base fabric, and the quasi-flame retardant outermost layer containing 100 pts.wt. of the urethane resin, 1-60 pts.wt. of an inorganic dehydrated flame-retardant auxiliary agent and 0.1-30 pts.wt. of a coupling agent is disposed on the middle layer as the outermost layer. |
