PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the troublesomeness to determine the size of a seal outer diameter head section in a small range by forming slits on a mandrel outer diameter to form a mandrel seal inserted and arranged with an outer diameter to an outer ring. SOLUTION: An outer diameter 6 is inserted and fixed to an annular seal groove 2 formed on an outer ring 1, and a mandrel seal 4 is arranged on a sealed rolling bearing A. The rubber portion 5 of the mandrel seal 4 is reinforced by a crank-type annular mandrel 7, and multiple radial slits 12 are formed from the mandrel outer diameter 9 of an annular main body toward the mandrel inner diameter 10 on the mandrel 7. When the force in the direction F generated at the time of seal coupling is applied to a crank shape section 11, it is easily deformed in the directionθt, a wholly distorted deformation is prevented, and the troublesomeness to determine the size of a seal outer diameter head section in a small range can be resolved. |
