PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor measuring device measuring the material constitution in reactor fuel from the energy distribution of neutron in a reactor. SOLUTION: An output signal ratio measuring part 7 correct the sensitivity of each detector for the detected value of the first neutron detector 3 arranged in a reactor and the detected value of the second neutron detector 4 arranged at the diagonal position against the reactor center axis from the arranged position of the first neutron detector 3 and obtains the output signal ratio of the corrected measured result. In nuclear characteristics operation part 8 operates the material constitution ratio of reactor fuel base on the output signal ratio obtained by the output signal-measuring part 7.
