An enema syringe for ease of defecation, an enema syringe auxiliary and an injector and an enema method using them; the enema syringe comprising one member, that is, an enema syringe auxiliary (1) to be inserted into the anus and soiled, and the other member, that is, an injector, wherein the enema syringe auxiliary (1) is made from a material, such as gelatin, directly disposable into a toilet stool after use and is so constructed as to be separable from the injector by means of a separating mechanism (10) for direct disposal into a toilet stool without soiling fingers, thereby eliminating such conventional disadvantages that an enema syringe is difficult to handle, especially, a fig type enema syringe is liable to soil hands due to excrement-mixed liquid leakage while an enema is being injected or when a container is pulled out of the anus.
