Regulated release preparations having a part constructed by coating a core which is prepared to allow the rapid or sustained release of one or more drugs to be released and a drug-release layer with a release-regulatory layer prepared by adding pharmaceutically acceptable additives to one or more bases selected from among fumaric acid, DL-tryptophan and L-tyrosine and substantially being free from any drug to be released.
