The packer (3) is built-in between the rotary piston motor (1) and the rotary piston pump (2). The motor is rigidly connected to the packer and the rotary piston pump hangs on the tubular support (45) from the packer, allowing for movement. Preferred features: Shaft (14) and casing (4) of the rotary piston motor have sliding spline shaft connections with shaft (15) and casing (5) of the rotary piston pump. Both shafts are made with central channels. The working channel for pistons of the motor connect with the annular cavity. The working channel of the other pistons are connected to the riser. Suction channels of the rotary piston pump make horizontal connections and the pressure channels are connected to the central shaft channels. Motor and pump are multistage, and include an arrangement with intermediate pistons. The intermediate pistons are made with double-sided working surfaces connected to the working channels.
