<p>Pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives represented by general formula (1) which have pharmacological effects including analgesic effect and nitrogen monoxide synthase inhibitory effect and are useful as analgesic agents and remedies and preventives for sepsis, endotoxin shock, chronic rheumatoid arthritis, etc. In said formula, R1 represents lower alkyl, etc.; one of R?2 and R3¿ represents hydrogen while the other represents phenyl, etc. having lower alkyl, etc.; and R4 represents hydrogen, carboxy, lower alkoxycarbonyl, etc.</p> |
