The invention also relates to a method for processing incoming calls to a telephone service number. In this method, an incoming call is taken under the control of IN telephone network (2, 3) and, to route the call ahead, at least one call processing query is made from IN telephone network (2, 3) to service database (4) connected to the IN telephone network (2, 3).
