<p>A user can play a network game using a game client (108) and receive electronic chips issued according to the score of the game. The user can purchase a commodity through a Web-POS client (110) and receive a discount by using electronic chips issued to each user. An electronic chip consumption module (103) dynamically determines the conversion rate from electronic chip to coin in cooperation with a Web-POS server (111) with reference to the electronic chip condition calculating module (107).
