The invention relates to a disc brake (1) for a brake system, comprising at least one brake support. The brake disc (1) is mounted on said support in such a way that it can rotate around an axis. A brake caliper (2) is fixed on said support, wherein two brake pads are arranged in such a way that they are pressed against the brake disc (1) from both sides when the brakes are actuated. Interferences (11-16, 72-83, 92-103) in the form of local changes in the mass and/or rigidity of the brake disc (1) are provided in order to prevent squealing of the brake system in the presence of a critical form of vibration. The invention is characterized in that the number and distribution of interferences (11-16, 72-83, 92-103) on the brake disc (1) exactly correspond to the number and distribution of the antinodes (6) or vibration nodes (5) of the critical form of vibration.
