<p>A glutaminase is purified from Aspergillus oryzae and its partial amino acid sequence is determined. Based on the data thus obtained, a partial sequence of the glutaminase gene is acquired by PCR. By using it as a probe, hybridization is effected and thus DNA fragments containing the glutaminase gene are obtained from a genome library and a cDNA library of A. oryzae and a genome library and a cDNA library of A. nidulans.</p> |
