<p>The powder coating appliance (1) has a coating booth (5), with a recovery unit (11) for excess powder. Recovered powder is returned in a closed circuit to a powder preparation and supply unit (2), via a feed pump (14), which is pref. located at the discharge of the powder recovery unit. Powder is recovered through openings (17) in e.g. the booth floor, and powder adhering to the floor is removed by a stripper and fed through the openings. The openings open directly into the powder preparation and supply unit. The appliance is formed as a hand booth, and the preparation and supply unit is a separate moveable unit.</p> |
