PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism belonging to the genus Psychrobacter and producing docosahexaenoic acid, to provide the culture solution of the microorganism having a phospholipase A1 activity, to provide a method for preparing a highly docosahexaenoic acid-containing phospholipid by the use of the culture solution, and to provide a method for producing a 2-acyllysophospholipid by hydrolyzing the phospholipid with the culture solution. SOLUTION: This microorganism belonging to the genus Psychrobacter and producing docosahexaenoic acid can fermentatively efficiently produce the docosahexaenoic acid, and can give a docosahexaenoic acid-containing phospholipid, further the docosahexaenoic acid and other derivatives in large amounts in a short time. The culture solution having the phospholipase A1 activity can more efficiently prepare the highly docosahexaenoic acid-containing phospholipid than lipase and further efficiently produce a 2-acyllysophospholipid. The obtained docosahexaenoic acid and the obtained concentrated docosahexaenoic acid solution can be used as medicines, medicine carriers, food additives and health foods. |
