PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively mark a product by a remote control operation with a decrease in a size of an apparatus to be used without using an ink by scanning a laser along a mark to be processed on a work by a scanner. SOLUTION: In the case of marking a predetermined position on a surface of a work 8, a laser beam source 2 is operated to generate a laser beam, the beam is illuminated to a predetermined position of the work 8 by an optical system 11 of a scanner 5 by regulating an illuminating point to form the point on the work 8. A metal plasma is generated at the point, electrons of high speed emitted from the plasma are accelerated along an electric field to a discharging electrode 4 to form a discharging route, and discharging is started. The scanner 5 is operated to drive the system 11, and the point is marked to be marked, thereby copying a profile of a character or a graphic form in a pulsating manner to cut, thereby marking it. |
