PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting mat for irrigation capable of carrying out the planting on an artificial ground without anxiety about drought or root rot. SOLUTION: This planting mat 1 for irrigation is obtained by housing a mat frame 2 having at least one cell formed in a recessed state so as to open the top and having a water flow means near the bottom in a water storage tank 3 and is capable of forming a water storage space between the outer surface of the bottom of the mat frame 2 and the inner surface of the bottom of the water storage tank 3. Hollow leg parts 7 opened to the interior of the cell are preferably protrusively installed on the outer surface of the bottom of the mat frame 2 and raised parts are preferably formed near the bottom of the hollow leg parts 7 as water flow means to provide water flow ports on the top surface of required sites of the raised parts. Furthermore, the planting mat 1 for irrigation is prepared by providing the supporting leg parts 7 between the outer surface of the bottom of the mat frame 2 and the inner surface of the bottom of the water storage tank 3, boring opened holes at the bottom of the mat frame 2 as water flow means and installing water absorbers in the opened holes at prescribed sites. |
