PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert and indwell into a lumen by a simple operation, to dilate a stent manually at an intended localization, and to exactly localize an indwelling. SOLUTION: A stent graft (luminal endoprosthesis) 1 is to be inserted/ indwelled (implanted) into the aorta and has a body structure 2 tube-shaping its contour. This body structure 2 is composed of a main body tube 21 and two branch tubes 22 and 23 forked from the main body tube 21. The body structure 21 is composed of plural spirally wound struts and has a first outer diameter (diameter reduced state) in the natural state of operating no external force but has a second dilated diameter (diameter dilated state) when an outer diameter dilating means is operated. Stick-shaped maintenance means 3a-3f extended along with the lengthwise direction of the body structure 2 are installed on that body structure 2. These maintenance means have a function for maintaining the outer diameter of the body structure 2 in the second outer diameter. |
